OfficePoint is a subscription-based service. We offer a 7-day free trial before billing begins.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months. Once a billing cycle has started, fees are non-refundable.
Cooling-off Period
In line with the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA, new customers may cancel within 7 days of first purchase for a full refund.
Add-ons
Add-on modules may be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.
