By accessing or using OfficePoint, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

OfficePoint is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing business management tools for SMEs. Features include CRM, quotations, invoicing, expenses, inventory, and optional add-ons.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Add-ons are billed per organization.
• Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
• Beyond 25 users, additional charges apply per user.

4. Free Trial

A 7-day free trial is offered. At the end of the trial, billing begins unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Data & Compliance

OfficePoint complies with South African VAT, UIF, SDL, and PAYE requirements. However, you remain responsible for the accuracy of data entered.

8. Limitation of Liability

OfficePoint is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
